Good pay and benefits. They hire smart folks to grow the work and have a great team that tries to lift morale and take suggestions from employees.

Cons

Unfortunately there are few opportunities for upward mobility and there are no clear defined career pathways within the organization although career pathways are part of the mission.

Pros

Hour lunch, some friendly co-workers, some benefits. But other than that, this job was more of a pain than a delight.

Cons

Alot of drama, too many managers/assistant managers make communication obsolete when one tells you something completely different than the other. Terrible long hours with little pay. Bi-weekly pay. Alot of snitching and miscommunication. Can get fired for just about anything.

Okay company... for a "non-profit" they really need to re-evaluate what the president's and CEO's bring in.

-Hours - night shift then morning shift, non-regular schedule -The pay -Repetitive and non-fulfilling
