Pros

Working at Goodwill was awesome! The staff members assisted w/ answering questions, etc. I honestly had an awesome time and believe this position is huge for people w/ disabilities such as Autism or Down Syndrome. I really found my team lead to be awesome!

Cons

They ended up disposing of items that people such as the homeless could've used in the long run. That's my only complaint.
