Great work but slowly falling into big corporate problems.

Pros

Flexible schedule with the ability to be full time at 30 hours a week. Pay is at 17 an hour entry. Good Medical coverage for full time.

Cons

Short staffed at times leading to massive amounts of work piling up. Corporate keeps dictating from on high without employee input. Slowly beginning to take away certain benefits but, keeping pay static for all employees.
