Lead manager picks favorites and changes rules constantly Low job security (firings are very common even for very minor infractions) Very low pay, especially for the amount of work

Cons

No benefits worth staying for low pay no help when you're clearly struggling with a line of donors. Poorly managed like the manager herself but just sat in back must of the time or yell at employees for the tiniest things
