Pros

Little more chill than the food industry. Sometimes its slow. Store management does care about everyone a bit. compensation is also ok. And at least at our store we had DEIA tested by recent hires and did alright.

Cons

Everything else. Its ruined. New management came in and ruined the culture too at this point. That was all we had left.

Pros

Wow you get a discount but you can’t buy at the same day or even if you finished your shift

Cons

Everybody leaves or suddenly disappear while they leave you alone with long line of people and if you take a break or just go to the restroom they look for you and the managers they always blames you or false accusation towards the employee. The company pressure the managers to the employees to make certain amount of round up , when they advertise opportunities for employees which is a lie
