Pros

PTO is the only pro.

Cons

Management is incompetent, stubborn, unyielding, dishonest, and has the nerve to micromanage. You will be overworked and underpaid, and you will never feel appreciated. All management does is focus on numbers instead of the clients that we serve. You will be asked to do and say things that are not true, and make promises to clients that you cannot keep. There is constant pressure to meet numeric goals and the only way to have a somewhat good experience is to kiss up to the VP and her best friend, the sr. director; which seems like her mean mouthpiece. You will never be valued at this company, the managers and senior leadership are toxic and so is the culture. I was one of the longest standing “veteran” employee and I was only there for a year.

Pros

There are a lot of pros in my experience, so far. - A lot of programs people are unaware of, which do a lot of good for the community - Employee assistance program - Benefits - Most of the employees are friendly and willing to help - There are a lot of classes offered that are available to employees, as well as to the public - Store discount

Cons

I've noticed just a couple of cons in my short time with the company so far. - There is some disorganization, but this might be due to being short staffed - Access to information for programs - when I go out into the community and talk about my work, I need something physical (like a flyer or brochure) to give to people to show them about some of these programs That's about all, so far.
