Pros

Freedom to make your own workouts for clients Ability to set your own schedule Free gym membership and plus one

Cons

pay is ridiculously low (about 30% of the session price for new employees) company is always implementing new policies that simply allow them to limit your pay MICROMANAGING like I have never experienced before Required to do a lot of work off the clock or for a measly $9 an hour Very difficult to get more training hours Unrealistically high sales goals with no help or advice from management Extremely high employee turnover

Pros

Free Gym, meeting different people everyday

Cons

Pay is terrible across the board ($7.50/hr for FDA, less than $30k/year for Operations Managers, $8/hr + commission for sales) yet this is a multi million dollar company, benefits are horrible and expensive, HR dept doesn't "have your back" like they claim during new hire orientation & will always take the side of upper mgmt & company , Robert Graham doesn't know squat about running a gym...let alone running a full district, pay raises are minimal IF they happen, DVPs treat lower level employees worse than they treat strangers on the street, company will let go of ANYONE no matter tenure or loyalty, if monthly goals dont meet....ur compensation is minimal, work hours range from 45 and up/week for salaried employees, no overtime pay, No PTO pay out....if you have more than 40hrs of PTO come Dec 31...u loose it (so if you have 120hrs of PTO on Dec 31st....on Jan 1st u will lose 80 of those),

Pros

Excellent equipment, classes, beautiful facility

Cons

Management!!!! I worked there as Operations Manager for a matter of DAYS... I couldn't handle the GM who constantly degraded her employees in front of other staff / members. I was expected to work 50+ hour weeks on a MEASLY salary. Pay is HORRIBLE for hourly (don't expect any more than minimum wage!).
