if you love being a personal trainer then the atmosphere and facility is nice. flexible schedule not so bad of a pay/ 16 an hour 10% commission on sales

Cons

you have to go after your own clients, you don't get paid when you're not training in the beggining you'll make very little, just a couple hundreds. a lot of emphasis in selling pt packages. no benefits

Great management and good pay as well. Nice to be working in a quality facility and everyone loves to be there.

Cons

Wiping down machines and doing the laundry for the rags is kind of gross but if you can get past that then you're good.
