Pros

Decent benefits. Decent pay. Decent hours. Corporate holds off-site appreciation parties. You don't have to have a checking account to be paid. Instead they give you a debit card that is loaded every pay period.

Cons

Training on the gym staff level needs to be more efficient. Customers always called in unaware of their membership benefits, contract details, and how they are able to cancel their memberships. Also their method of ach practices are a little shady.

Pros

Management is husband and wife, really understanding and flexible when it comes to scheduling and availability.

Cons

Minimal hours, must be in gym to grow clientele as there is no paid "floor time," may be asked (more like required) to do a few free introductory sessions or intro sessions for a lower paid rate per session.
