Pros

It's nice seeing individuals who want to better themselves. All the other trainers and sales associates worked as a team.

Cons

no room for growth, unless you know someone. every week there was pointless sales calls, in which we went over the same thing every week.

Pros

Fun environment, you will learn a lot about health and fitness even if you arent a personal trainer.

Cons

Even if you are able to move up in the company the pay is low compared to its competitors

Pros

Free membership. Salary employee. Direct contact with members and associates. Pretty much handled issues in every department.

Cons

Long hours. I think the pay was less then what is should have been. At least $30000 salary and the old compensation plans would allow us to bonus almost $2500 extra a month.
