The members were loyal, yet our area they tend to be seasonal. All year round member nicer.

Pros

They hire quickly, no long interview process. Some of the regular members were friendly and fun to serve. Simple, straightforward work.

Cons

Management was so passive it was almost nonexistent. There was no sense of teamwork or camaraderie -- not even basic respect -- at all, let alone room for growth or creativity. One guy worked there for four years without a raise. Lunch breaks/breaks in general were dismissed as luxuries. Front desk reps had to stand the whole time and aren't allowed to do anything, include read a magazine or go online, even if there are 5 people/hour coming in. Instructions and expectations were very unclear.
