Pros

As a PT just like any other job, the harder you work the more you get paid.

Cons

Toxic Environment Constant Turnover with management No support Unqualified Management No support from the corporate division No perks for being a top producer They are always in need of people so even the worst types of managers (rude and incompetent) keep their job regardless of how many Employees complain to HR. Too many negatives too list and yes I was employed for a long time and extremedy qualified.

Free membership but not necessary since your super exhausted at end of shift!

Cons

Slave/slum labor, upper management including owner expect Cadillac service from you in short period of hours, forced too work for free if job not complete or face firing squad, provide no safety back support gear, lots of injured workers, micromanaging,
