I got to know some amazing kids and parents. I ended up babysitting many families from there after quitting. Made some great friends too.
Cons
Managers do not care about you at all. Corporate does not care about you at all. Do not expect to get efficient raises. I worked there 2 years, and I was the best one in Kids Club. The managers always wanted me in there when corporate came in. The parents always preferred me and I always could handle problems and situations. I was the only one that got mentioned in good reviews for the company. I could handle many kids at once. In two years I got a $0.16 raise (starting at only $8 an hour) . Managers do not care if you have more kids than you can handle. You will be the only one in there working with not help. Expect to get paid less than you deserve and never appreciated. Expect to be stuck with this job. There is almost no room for growth.
