Pros

Awesome co-workers, members and employees.

Cons

Stay far far away from the Lowell's ownership group of Gold's Gym. They are some of the most greedy, arrogant, rude people I've ever met. They sacrifice employee and member satisfaction for saving pennies.

DO NOT WORK AT WILLOW LAWN

Pros

free gym membership, and flexible hours.

Cons

This location (As confirmed by management) does not give raises. Ever. It's $8 an hour. If you want a professional work environment THIS IS NOT IT. I've seen everything ..an employee getting beat up in parking lot by another employees wife, constant inappropriate gossip on a daily basis, employees not doing their jobs-ever. It's awful. Perhaps the other locations are much better but steer clear of this one. Rumors of them filing for bankruptcy are just the icing on the cake. This is NOT a job where you are valued for your hard work or professionalism. This place is a joke. I quit, was not fired so none of this is biased information.
