Some employees are nice Flexible work schedule

Cons

-They do not care about their employees. You’re strictly just a number - When you’re doing good, management loves you. When you’re down, they conveniently forget that you ever did any good. -Lack of transparency -Watch your back, nobody is on your side -There’s not much opportunity for growth -Pay is inconsistent so it’s hard to plan your life

Great office location Onsite Gym Solid pay for job you do

Cons

1 weeks training and then nothing else Out if you don't hit target in your first month (never heard or seen this before) No Account Management at all, this is the role of CS. Purely a call agent to set up a customer. Encouraged to work Bank Holidays and weekends, in a society where work/life balance is becoming increasingly important, this is not the way to encourage staff to operate.

It is very important to us that our employees enjoy coming to work and we want to offer an environment where our employees are enabled to work hard, play hard. We are currently offering additional training to help our talents further develop their skills. We are aware that there is still a lot of room to grow, which is why we are constantly looking to create more development opportunities for our talents. At GoStudent, we offer a high level of flexibility when it comes to managing your own working hours. Some of the Account Managers enjoy working on weekends, as they reach more clients at that time. As a former team member, you are probably aware of our GoStudent Fundamentals as mentioned above and how strongly we live them. As a company we would not have been able to achieve the amount of growth and success that we have reached in this comparatively short period of time, if we expected any less from ourselves and our employees.
