Main fact: GoStudent keeps hiring, then firing the same people after few months. Just a hard fact: In the last 1-2 years they hired 1000+ people and around 500-600+ were fired within couple of months without any prior notice, and then after a couple of weeks they started hiring again. If you think to work for this employer, please, don't! will be the biggest mistake 1.No clear roadmap or vision from the top management 2.No processes or procedures within each and every department, very spontaneous way of working which is chaos 3.There is no intention to build a process or guideline as the owners only want to earn money without creating a sustainable operating module 4.No development or training programs for employees except bla bla yoga sessions :D, this company is not employee-centric at all. 5.No bonuses or salary increases although the company keeps investing lots of money for new acquisitions when it comes to employees, they say we dont have any budget 6.Owners think that they are experts in everything and they dont care about the rest's opinions while making decisions that lead to disaster(the proof is that they keep firing hundreds of people :)) as obviously, they cant be an expert in all the business fields

Lack of support for neurodivergent staff. Made company aware of neurodivergence, and was told ‘that’s not an excuse’. If you are not in sales, you are less significant for the company. All work socials are ‘drinks’. No opportunity for staff who don’t drink, or are religious, to socialise out of work hours. Heads of department are too important to sit with their departments and staff, it feels like a lack of support and disregard to working there. Poor benefits system.
