Three days in the office whether you like it or not; Frequent changes which are not communicated well enough to the team. Everyone has different understanding of what are the current policies. Micromanaging managers - people are under a great pressure to hit their KPIs 20 days of annual leave only: the minimum legal requirement Minimum pension contributions: only what's required by employment law Minimum parental leave: any other company offers more. Not good benefits (no discounts for other companies or learning budgets like which is a norm in the current market) Coffee machines never work. How can you expect employees to be in the office and not provide them with such basics. Office rooms are locked for manager access only. How can you expect employees coming to the office without allowing them to open the door by themselves. Being asked to share a bed with your colleagues during work trips is not okay. In GoStudent we trust? I haven't noticed it.
