Pros

Great colleagues; Good atmosphere in the office; Fun socials

Cons

Low salary comparing the the average salary of CSM in the UK; Little to no progression; Not manageable workload with additional tasks added regularly Little pay increase after a year - not even close to an inflation rate Low morale in the team - nothing works. Internal systems are down frequently which affects everyone. Not flexible WFH policy at all. Three days in the office whether you like it or not; Frequent changes which are not communicated well enough to the team. Everyone has different understanding of what are the current policies. Micromanaging managers - people are under a great pressure to hit their KPIs 20 days of annual leave only: the minimum legal requirement Minimum pension contributions: only what's required by employment law Minimum parental leave: any other company offers more. Not good benefits (no discounts for other companies or learning budgets like which is a norm in the current market) Coffee machines never work. How can you expect employees to be in the office and not provide them with such basics. Office rooms are locked for manager access only. How can you expect employees coming to the office without allowing them to open the door by themselves. Being asked to share a bed with your colleagues during work trips is not okay. In GoStudent we trust? I haven't noticed it.

Pros

Nothing honestly, they killed the company culture, everyone became overworked and stressed with constantly increasing targets and reduced commission and bonus structures, no benefits, no prospects for growth

Cons

They only care about lining the pockets of the board and the investors, not about the employees and certainly not about the customers. What started as a tuition company clearly grew quicker than they could handle, management couldn't have been worse with decision making being sporadic and often resulting in unnecessary changes only to change back a few months later, but now they only care about pursuing VR as a way to make a name for the founders, eventually they'll give up on tuition itself I'm sure and make even more people redundant.
