      Pros

      The people (not management) are nice

      Cons

      Bullying, passive aggressive top level management in the uk, which then trickles down to stressed team leaders, which then trickles down to workers. Pressure to work weekends, to not take holidays and penalised for being off sick. No regard for mental health and welfare of staff. Not sure about other markets but the atmosphere in the UK stinks.

      GoStudent needs to earn back employees’ trust

      Pros

      It was a really nice environment with good colleagues and collaboration It’s a tutoring company so you feel like you’re doing work for a greater good. At least it’s better than some other industries!

      Cons

      No career progression Not many perks and quite low salary if compared to similar sized companies Constantly laying off people every few months even when saying it won’t happen C level club are an old friends group and it feels nepotistic I think everyone is keeping their eyes open for other opportunities

      - easy to get students

      Cons

      - pay isn't worth your time or expertise. - platform is always broken. - always have to claim back pay and check payments. - bonus schemes change to less money whenever they feel like changing them. - the platform is a hindering tutors to do their job.
