      GoStudent do not care about their tutors

      Pros

      Fellow tutors are lovely and helpful.

      Cons

      Lots of pay cuts in recent times and those who speak up are fired on the spot. Despicable company who only cares about profit. Student’s education and tutor experience should be the most important thing. They’re more worried about random technological advances like VR tutoring. Customer service is awful. Management doesn’t care.

      Everyone was really nice and the work-life balance was great.

      Cons

      It seems like corporate hired a ton of people without knowing what to do with them. I spent my first month without a team and a few months later there were layoffs across the company.

      Collègues fun et dynamiques, télétravail particulièrement agréable

      Cons

      Très forte pression sur les chiffres en tant que commercial Très compliqué d'avoir une bonne balance vie pro / vie perso du fait des horaires et charge de travail (le stresse, les séances d'essais le weekend ou le soir tard) Beaucoup de licenciements juste après un festival qui a couté une fortune et plusieurs campagnes de recrutement - A se demander si la boite a un plan prévisionnel ?... Des jeunes dirigeants obnubilés par l'argent au détriment du respect de leurs salariés qui s'étaient (beaucoup trop) investis.
