*pay should actually be a bit higher for different countries as living costs can be much higher than in Vienna *work live balance * faster organization of benefit structure for new locations (public transport ticket...) *more women in management

Pros

Despite working overseas in one of the new offices, I can feel the team spirit from abroad. Every team member is extremely helpful, not only from my department, but also from every other. The company management trusts on young professionals to run the business, and it is totally noticeable when working; everyone delivers, but everyone is here to have fun as well.
