      *very friendly and welcoming colleagues *excellent onboarding training * start up culture *nice office *great spirit

      Cons

      *pay should actually be a bit higher for different countries as living costs can be much higher than in Vienna *work live balance * faster organization of benefit structure for new locations (public transport ticket...) *more women in management
