      Pros

      Meritocratic, fair, encouraging environment. Young and lively cohort of colleagues. Excellent day to day experience of sales. Inbound warm leads mean conversations are usually rich and positive. High performance culture and fast paced.

      Cons

      As with any start up transitioning into a scale up sized company, changes can be frequent and so should be expected.
