- Talented coworkers - Hybrid workplace

Cons

- No attention to detail starting with HR (major discrepancies between job offer and contract) to core operational aspects down the line. - Dysfunctional communication - Lack of transparency that has serious life-changing consequences for employee. Kind of a big deal considering you are asked to put your trust in the company when you start. - Lower level employees seem diligent but executives are either reacting to crises or with their head in the clouds. There's no sense of a roadmap or any contingency planning. - Unclear goal setting - Core product is unremarkable overall - They skimp on WFH setup and contract is subpar
