      salaries are not very competitive, the job is very demanding, sometimes you work under a lot of pressure; sometimes there´s lack of professionalism

      Pros

      Work-life balance and work environment are good. Is a very good place to learn when you do not have any experience. The benefits are good too. I was lucky because I have been sent to New York to participate in an amazing project. Good senior management. In my opinion is one of the best Latin American IT company.

      Cons

      Nothing to say. Maybe I would like to have more home office days.

      Pros

      I worked in Globant for about 3 years and I had the opportunity to grow as a professional and as a person. Its a good place to work for in order to develop as a Software developer because it has a lot of interesting projects.

      Cons

      The management is the weak part of the company and I think is because the company has grown and is hard to find good PMs with a good technology background.
