      Globant has great projects to work in, also its a place where you will learn a lot and if you know how to move you can scale quickly

      Management can be unaccesible, sometimes you feel like you don't know who is that you need to talk

      Office culture similar to Google, no suits, flexible time, working from home when you need it, relax playing PlayStation or Ping Pong, or playing an instrument from the Music Room.

      Cons

      Lack of some benefits that other companies already have like Prepaid Health, Child Bonus, Annual Bonus for Company performance.

      Big projects and clients, friendly environment, if you are starting you have a good learning possibilities in new technologies,

      Cons

      Projects evaluations are only numbers, not benefits if you achieve all the goals, low salaries, grow in seniority and access to better positions is almost impossible and not only depends on your evaluations. You can't grow enough in one technology because you are moving constantly from different projects with different technologies
