      Pros

      I have had the chance to work in great projects with cut edge technologies. The office enviroment is pretty relaxed.

      Cons

      Salaries is the worst downside. You get into the company with an acceptable salary and then after a couple o season your salary is not competitively. This has a great impact as I live in Argentina where we have 30-40% inflation per year.

      Pros

      -Good professionals working in it -Knowledge sharing -Flexible if your project manager allows it -Randomly you can have interesting tasks -Contact with the client

      Cons

      -Lowest salary for each position -They sell things they are not prepared to do -They sell higher seniority to the clients -No salary raise even when there was 50% change devaluation (instant earning rate of 33% for the stakeholders) -The flexibility is not written anywhere, so they can take away those benefits anytime -If you are an experienced worker, there is no much to do in this company -It's evident some management positions are there because they are in the company from the beginning -You work for a project, not Globant so there is no chance to change tasks and most projets are boring

      Pros

      Good Work place. Working from home. In technical paths there are opportunity of learning about new technologies.

      Cons

      Bad salaries reviews. After a few years your salary will be 50% lower than in other companies would be. It´s almost impossible to change your career path.
