Pros

Glencore is an excellent place to work. They provide a great working environment with open communications to managers and higher managers.

Cons

There are not many downsides to working at glencore from an office job point of view. Only thing i would say is that there is pressure for cost cutting and reduction but everyone in the industry is in the current market

Cons

Constant work under pressure which prevents sometimes the best solutions to problems , permanent changes in the information requested by the parent company.
