      Pros

      There are none to speak of really. Im have ben here 4 years and you cant find anyone other than senior mgmt that likes working here

      Cons

      Plenty of them. Low morale, unethical, terrible management, revolving door of people. The business just lost 7 excellent people in just 2 weeks. Ridiculous. Cant wait to find another job!!

      Pros

      Good product lines. Customers were great to work with. Benefits were very inclusive and there was value in coverage.

      Cons

      Good old boys club. Only advancement was if you were in someone's pocket or you had something on someone "politically" so to speak. Too many promotions were not based on merit, but who you knew. Always an element of unease due the biannual layoffs or rather what Gilbarco calls them "a reduction in work force".
