Pros

Gilbarco is an incredible place to work. All of the people are friendly, and it is able to operate as a single entity under the overarching Danaher umbrella. This gives you as an employee the feel of working for a large single company as well as an overseeing conglomerate without the two really interfering with one another.

Cons

I have no complaints about my time at Gilbarco. I worked there for two summers and only left to return to school. I would go back if I could.

The people I work with really care about the success of the company and quality of the product. Couldn't ask for a better group of people

Cons

Senior management is completely out of touch with what it takes to meet scheduling deadlines, implement new products or resolve field issues.
