      Good location. Benefits are ok.

      Expectations are unreasonable. Hours required to be successful are enormous. Too much turnover in senior leadership.

      Pros

      Opportunities for flexible hours depending on supervisor. Depending on the department you are in the people there are good to work with. However, some of the managers are very focused on cost-cutting.

      Cons

      Relentless cost cutting. Too much focus on short-term results. Even if you have a budget they won't let you spend it. Additionally, the gas station industry is very difficult right now, so long-term prospects for the company look iffy.
