      Love the school, but as a GRA it is stressful and your advisor makes or breaks you.

      Pros

      You have a lot of resources at you disposal and many leaders in your field that will help. Atlanta has a lot of things to spend free time doing.

      Cons

      Very long hours depending on your research advisor. Funding is variable year to year. So job security is not a definite, especially in the current economy (2012).
