Top research institution with endless opportunities. Overall working atmosphere is fantastic in a truly international atmosphere.

Cons

- Work life balance is not as good as the rankings in 'Best Colleges to for for' say. - The administration procedures are a mess (e.g. approval of international grant applications)

Cons

Current leadership does not care AT ALL about the employee. Lay off experienced, hard working individuals while keeping on dead weight

Pros

There are a wide collaboration of scholars and researchers here. Most research group are highly multidisciplinary, and it is really interesting to see how everything fits in together. Lots of different group with different work philosophy, so you are bound to find one that suits you.

Cons

With labs located all across campus, it is tiring to have to traverse across campus for different meetings. Also kind of difficult to locate some people. The group you like to work with might not be the one working in the field you are interested in. Win some, lose some.
