      Great school with an unfortunate amount of red tape

      Pros

      The people are great. Being in downtown Atlanta is also a big plus. Easy access to MARTA and the airport, 30 minutes to airport. Being in the south, there is a bit of a culture shock coming from New York.

      Cons

      Red tape everywhere. Hard to make changes due to being a public school. Bud Peterson is slowly but surely destroying the little fun that is left at this school.

      Flexible work schedules. Good benefits package.

      Not very "team oriented." People are focused on their specific projects and not very open to partnerships.
