Pros

pay, job function is easy, overtime, uniform program, plenty of paid breaks during shift

Cons

never know if you are working 12 hour shifts until the day of or day before, different lines have different shifts, mainly 19 on / 2 off, forget about training - better be able to learn by observation, full time employees look down on everyone and do not realize employee development only makes their job better and easier

Fake wokeness

Pros

Solid history and stable company

Cons

The company has embraced wokeness as a business strategy, not necessarily as a social advocacy except at a superficial level. Along the way to so called social reform they have silenced and minimized those with conservative perspectives. Freedom of speech and expression is not available to all.
