Pros

Work life balance and challenging work assignments. I have been able to ask for challenging assignments and given them. I feel very in control of managing my career. I have the flexibility to get my work done outside of "normal" work hours which has been very effective. Being results driven instead of focusing on time in the office has allowed me to excel in what I do as a professional and as a working parent.

Cons

It's in the middle of Golden Valley. I wish there were more choices near by for restaurants & shopping. YOu don't really have to leave the building with everything that is in there, however sometimes you get a little itchy and want a break.

Company has good flexibility and the technology they use is quite the latest. Learning opportunities are a lot.

Cons

The company culture is becoming toxic day by day and it is nowhere close to what it used to be. Managers are getting pressured because of which the employees are getting hammered
