Extremely Poor Leaders

Pros

An okay company to work for. You start with 3 weeks vacation and pay is decent. All other benefits consistent with other consumer food companies.

Cons

Leadership has no vision, they shoot from the hip and with no plan, I wonder most days how we make money. Management lacks basics concepts of leadership to set expectations and manage teams. Promotions are based on ability to move, not based on skill or performance.

Pros

Good career development program, lots of trainings regularly available to help develop. Lots of nice amenities at headquarters like gym, child care, etc.

Cons

Not innovative in the slightest. Moves incredibly slowly, and products aren't healthy for you despite the advertising. HR structure very rigid and not adapting to employees' needs.
