Pros

Great rotational Program to start professional career Very process driven Great affinity networks Great exposure to other leaders in the company throughout projects and trainings Great health benefits

Cons

-Cut throat environment at the manufacturing plant -Leadership is worried about how do they look in front of their bosses, and do not care about their employees -Leadership doesn't show interest on people's development, more about learn the hard way -Opportunities to transition to other plants are like a chess game, it has to be convenient for all parties involved and not so much for the person -Location of manufacturing plants is terrible -Too many young managers that aren't leaders, they are taught to be managers but don't know how to lead and motivate people -People are willing to sacrifice others to make themselves look good

Pros

The people, the facility and peers. Location, location, location....benefits. Projects not really meaty & nothing seems to get pushed forward.

Cons

No work life balance - they don't really want your perspective or ideas. Hard to get anything done. Too much stop / start or non-value add work. Blah...

Pros

Benefits are on-par with industry. Very structured, if that's your thing. Some of the best technology and systems in industry. CI system is fantastic and really makes the plants run smoothly.

Cons

Certain people get preferential treatment. Those who have been with the company since interns/college-hire are allowed to "pull rank" and are trusted over others, no matter what level you are. Unless you are going to play the game, speak the lingo, and act like a number, there isn't much room for advancement on merit/achievement alone. Granted, that's how a company of this size gets ahead.
