Pros

interesting work. compensation and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

coddles bad employees under the guise of "bringing them up", which rarely actually happens. technician promotion process near impossible. almost all non-tech positions are outside hires. little chance for advancement. training is virtually non-existent.

Pros

Really good work life balance

Cons

Under titled, work often doesn't match your experience, managers aren't trained to be good managers, they are promoted for being good individual contributors nor because they are good leaders

Pros

nice facility, decent benefits, nice amenities

Cons

culture is awful, new hires are not respected, lots of employees have been there for 20+ years and feel their way is the only way, do not listen to new ideas, no one seems happy
