Pros

The performance review developed by the headquarter in the USA was a great process.

Cons

I did not have a constructive performance review, my supervisor did not provide regular feedback on my progress. When I did wrong, I was not given any chance / opportunity to improve.

Pros

Good people, some good perks like job flexibility and summer hours. Decent salary but not the best around.

Cons

Management is terrible and doesn't value differing opinions. Decision time is slow but the pressure to make changes is high. Very inconsistent. After the last round of layoffs, and there have been several back to back, most high level mangers were kept. Seems counterproductive since they want to make big changes but keep old managers with old ways of thinking. It used to be a great company to work for but it is no longer the same place it used to be. It used to be a great place for working parents but with all of the layoffs, there are not enough people to do the work so a lot of the "flexibility" is impossible and employees are not supported to use it.
