Unlimited overtime potential, good base pay 3 tiers based on job difficulty that tops out potentially in 90 days if you learn and are competent in 2 jobs (around $28 an hr). Good benefits health, dental, vision, 401k company match, gainshare bonus.

Cons

Work life balance if you don't like forced overtime. Everyone starts on overnights. Management can be hit or miss.
