Pros

Incredible Company. They know how to treat their employees. At headquarters they have all the perks - Free gym, a dry cleaners, bank, hair salon, and even - get this - a FREE health clinic with doctors, dentists, optometrists, etc. Everybody there is super nice and supportive. They want you to do well both personally and professionally. Lots of opportunities for big projects and to get noticed by senior management. Everybody is approachable. They even offer social events.

Cons

Its in Minneapolis. Its cold, dark, and in the middle of nowhere. It is easy to get lost in the shuffle - there are 4000+ people working in Minneapolis alone.

Pros

Great place to start a career. Excellent training and development. Top tier CPG company. Very fun a relaxed office to work in. Great benefits. Great place to meet friends and network. Open an relaxed culture (not to over run by HR policies) Car and great health care. 3 to 4 years of experience should set your resume up nice.

Cons

Limited upward mobility - long wait times to promotions. Mobility overly emphasized. Standard strict development plan with no flexibility. Overly concerned with minority and diversity objectives. Minneapolis is very cold in the winter. Other offices in Philly, Cincinnati, and Phoenix - not my first choice in a place to live.
