Pros

- most people working there are smart and helpful - company values work/life balance and (at least in IT) schedules are very flexible: more about your results rather than the time you spend in the office - great benefits - diversity is valued - very nurturing culture

Cons

- sometimes slow-moving as is typical for a large company - minneapolis can be a challenge in the winter - your impact is sometimes lost in such a big company

Pros

Great people, flexible hours, decent pay

Cons

after acquiring Pillsbury, it turned into just another big company. No longer loyal to employees, too many politics, no vision for the future.
