Your cross-functional team is stacked with smart, dedicated, hard-working people. It's also fun to work in food, since everyone has to eat! And if you want to learn how to be a brand manager, this is the place to do it.

Cons

Time to promotion is very slow. Leadership doesn't communicate key decisions in a clear or timely manner. There isn't a huge tolerance for risk taking or new thinking.

Exciting brands: worked on Haagen Dazs international brand, great project, and was able to create a difference for the brand and the international team. Growing company: company is very US centric still, and needs to invest in high growth developing markets. team had good marketing expertise. Excellent work experience in company global head office in Minneapolis

Cons

lack of team support. Structure of international team still needed to be optimized. Very different experience and team feel in London Office vs. Minneapolis. Experience neeeds to be standardized across different geographical locations
