      Pros

      New ways to have many careers within 1 organization People are amazing and continue to push you to perform at high level

      Cons

      Not a Con, but be aware that we are a matrixed organization. (need to be willing to work on relationships to get results)

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with extremely talented people across all functions. Great training ground - company does try hard to bring in external thought leaders. Summer Fridays are great.

      Cons

      Many AMMs are stretched way too then - the scope of the AMM desk often includes grunt work and project management that does not allow the head space needed to think creatively about driving the business. I would say Marketing is both sink-or-swim and up-or-out - don't expect any degree of hand-holding coming in even though you know nothing about the role.
