      Pros

      good benefits, great people (not senior management).

      Cons

      PLT in ABQ very cliquish and non inclusive. Stressed TRUST and team work. The only trust in the building was the placard that said "trust". Managers manage UP very well, but could care less about the people who work for them. Hard workers are not valued, focus is not on production - but more on the program du jour. CI, Real Time, oh brother. Current plant manager came in five years ago and broke a system that wasn't broken.

      1) Great Brands 2) Supportive teams 3) Very good work/life balance From a culture point of view, GM is incredible positive - I am yet to work in a company that is so focused on the wellbeing of its staff.
