1. Not a Very Diverse Environment - many mediocre white females - particularly in leadership positions. 2. Pay raises are terrible 3. Top Heavy - Way too many directors and senior directors 4. Not much room for advancement if you are a minority 5. Not very innovative for an IT company 6. Weak leadership - employees run the asylum and people are not held accountable for repeat infractions
