GDIT is a great company and has all the benefits.

Cons

However, pay ranges vary based on the program (contract) and job field. My program gives little precedence to the PMO team (pay does not match the average salaries and location (cost of living is not considered)) —especially in financial senior program analyst positions. The program expects top-notch work but does not pay accordingly. There is a lot of personnel turn-around.
