Best part of GA is that you can change roles with some frequency, so there’s a lot of opportunity to grow and learn.

Cons

There’s a culture problem. Because it’s so difficult to fire people, the org keeps terrible employees. That means that everyone else’s job includes working around those people.

Annual salary was good, but because it is a Government Contractor, don't look for the niceties found in typical corporate environments.

Cons

Wow, where to begin? The Facilities Department is a broken and does not want to be fixed. Oddest thing I've ever seen.
