Good work life balance. THe 9/80 schedule is nice for people with families. Opportunities to work with some really smart people.

Cons

Bad management. They say they want feedback but then punish you for your opinions. They are cheap, they routinely pay 30% below the market value.

Leadership positions and promotions are not based on merit and are strictly given to those who have relationships and seniority. It is VERY clear who is in their position because of relationships and who is there because of merit (very very few). Also, the company hires "contractors" based on personal relationships. Contractors take a big portion of budget and provide very little input or knowledge of the company. Avoid this place unless you want to have the life sucked out of you and witness extreme nepotism first hand

Some great people work here, pretty decent benefits (matching 401k & pension), & beautiful campuses

The executive leadership needs to evolve with the times and stop running this company like it's 1976 or it's only 500 people. They need to care more about diversity & inclusion, workplace flexibility, and caring more about what their workforce wants in order to feel appreciated and valued.
