Pros

Great benefits working for a company developing cutting edge capabilities. Good compensation and working conditions. Good consideration of work/life balance issues.

Cons

Nepotistic company with a tendency to recruit yes-men. Corporate culture that is very change averse. The "old guard" continually inhibits progress and change. Hiring technical talent from the outside is preferred to developing people and promoting from within.

Constantly developing new exciting products.

Cons

Management hires friends, allowing the "Good O Boy System" meaning if your in the friend club, you're performance does not matter. Management takes care of their friends, while others work harder and do not get rewarded.

Fantastic product with a great future in the UAV industry It's really hard to be fired at GA Great people to work with

Cons

Still operates like a small company Few efficient procedures/policies Sexism, ageism, and favoritism are rampant and allowed Management usually (barely) manage, not lead It's not made clear how to advance from one level to another
